Would you like to have your say about the services provided by Skegby Family Medical Centre?
Join our patient participation group for a chance to become involved in health issues which affect you and the practice.
We welcome your support, ideas and suggestions in order to help us improve the health care that you need.
What is a Patient Participation Group?
A group made up of patients from a GP practice whos role is to;
- Advise the practice on the patients perspective,
- Provide insight to the responsiveness and quality of services,
- Encourage patients to take greater responsibility for theirs and their families health,
- Carry out research into the views of those who use the practice,
- Organise health promotion events and improve health literacy
- Regular communication with the patient population.
How can I get involved?
Sign up to the surgery PPG group by one of the following options:
- Printing and filling in the form below and handing into reception
- Calling into the surgery and asking for a Patient Participation Group form,

Coming into surgery or calling us on 01623 440144/01623 440666 and asking to speak to Anne Levy - our PPG lead.
